Registration

Deadline:  Friday May 23, 2025

Registration fees cover full board and accommodation per person from June 1 to 5, 2025 and includes:

  • breakfast
  • lunch
  • dinner
  • coffee breaks during conference sessions
  • room accommodation in double room (single occupancy or shared)
  • city tax of CHF 5.90/day/person

Double room, single occupancy:  CHF 1050.00
Double room, shared:  CHF 900.00 (per person)

Payment is by Credit Card Only

Please note that our system requires that registration and payment are made at the same time, otherwise registration is not confirmed (Terms and Conditions).

Arrival: Participants are expected to arrive on Sunday June 1, 2025.  The meeting will begin at 08:30 on Monday June 2.

Breakfast AND dinner are included on day of arrival
Breakfast:  7 – 11 am
Dinner:  7 – 10 pm

Departure:  Thursday June 5 (after breakfast)

Please indicate your food preferences and we will do our best to offer adapted meals.
Please indicate your choice of activity, pending weather conditions. Multiple choices are possible.
PhD students and Postdocs are encouraged to share rooms. Please specify the name of the person with whom you wish to share a room in the comment section below.
